巴士站牌 · BusSign（下稱「本應用程式」）由駕乘鏈 Gasilin 提供。我們重視您的私隱。本政策說明您使用本應用程式時，資料如何被處理。
1. 我們收集／使用的資料
- 裝置上的偏好與紀錄 — 例如語言、收藏車站、上次選擇的車站、通知開關等，僅儲存在您的手機內。
- 位置資料（可選） — 僅在您授權後使用，例如將地圖置中至附近，或（如您開啟相關功能）輔助判斷是否已上車。我們不會把精確位置上傳至駕乘鏈伺服器作追蹤或出售用途。
- 通知（可選） — 如您允許系統通知，可用於延誤／路線動態等提示。iOS 上亦可使用動態島（Live Activities）顯示行程到站資訊。
- 廣告識別碼 — 用於顯示 Google AdMob 廣告（由 Google 按其私隱政策處理）。
本應用程式不會要求您建立帳戶，亦不會收集您的姓名、電話或電郵地址作為註冊資料。
2. 資料如何使用
- 提供地圖選站、巴士路線與到站時間（ETA）顯示
- 記住您的語言、收藏與設定（儲存於裝置）
- 在您允許時顯示通知／動態島更新
- 顯示廣告以支援應用程式運作
3. 資料分享
我們不會出售您的個人資料。本應用以客戶端為主：巴士靜態與即時資料來自香港政府公開數據（DATA.GOV.HK）及相關營辦商開放 API。廣告相關資料由 Google AdMob 按其條款處理。詳見： Google Privacy Policy。
4. 資料儲存與安全
車站快取與偏好設定儲存在您的裝置上。您可於應用程式設定中清除快取，或透過系統解除安裝刪除本機資料。
5. 兒童
本應用不專門面向兒童，亦不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。
6. 資料來源與免責聲明
資料來源：香港政府公開數據（DATA.GOV.HK）及相關開放 API。本應用與九巴、城巴、嶼巴或香港政府無任何官方關係。到站時間僅供參考，請以實際班次及營辦商資訊為準。
7. 政策更新
我們可能不時更新本政策。重大變更時會更新本頁「最後更新」日期。繼續使用本應用即表示您知悉最新政策。

BusSign (“the App”) is provided by Gasilin. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
1. Information we collect / use
- On-device preferences and history — language, favourites, last selected stop, notification toggles, etc., stored only on your device.
- Location (optional) — used only if you grant permission, for example to centre the map near you or (if you enable related features) to help detect boarding. We do not upload precise location to Gasilin servers for tracking or sale.
- Notifications (optional) — if allowed, may include delay / route status alerts. On iOS, Live Activities / Dynamic Island may show journey ETA.
- Advertising ID — used to show Google AdMob ads (processed by Google under its privacy policy).
The App does not require an account and does not collect your name, phone number, or email as registration data.
2. How we use information
- Provide map stop selection, routes, and live bus ETA
- Remember language, favourites, and settings on device
- Show notifications / Dynamic Island updates when you allow them
- Display ads to support the App
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. The App is primarily client-side: bus static and live data come from Hong Kong Government Open Data (DATA.GOV.HK) and related operator open APIs. Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob under its terms. See the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Storage and security
Stop cache and preferences are stored on your device. You can clear the cache in Settings, or remove local data by uninstalling the App.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
6. Data source and disclaimer
Data source: Hong Kong Government Open Data (DATA.GOV.HK) and related open APIs. This App is not affiliated with KMB, Citybus, NLB, or the Hong Kong Government. ETAs are indicative only — always rely on the actual service and operator information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the App means you are aware of the current policy.
